Q: How common is bladder weakness?
A: More common than most people think. It is estimated that up to one in three women today suffer to some degree with bladder weakness. This can affect women of all ages and may occur at any time, but often starts in pregnancy, after childbirth, or during menopause.
Q: What causes stress incontinence ?
A: Stress incontinence - leaking when there's some pressure put on the bladder, usually when sneezing, coughing, laughing and exercising - starts when the pelvic floor muscles that support the bladder and womb are weakened. Pregnancy and childbirth is the most common cause. During pregnancy, hormonal changes allow pelvic muscles to relax and expand and are often further weakened at delivery. Some women notice they leak right after birth, but for others the changes don't become a problem until menopause when the loss of the female hormone estrogen makes matters worse.

A: Because every woman is different. And so we want to ensure that there is a suitable size for you. So you can be confident whilst you are wearing Contiform.
Q: How do I know which size is right for me?
A: Your Starter pack contains all 3 sizes (small, medium and large), a removal ribbon and a tutorial DVD. Try the medium size first. Once inserted it should feel comfortable and prevent leakage. If it doesn't feel comfortable or you have difficulty emptying your bladder when you are wearing it, you will need to swap to the smaller size. Alternatively, if the Medium is comfortable but you find that you're still leaking you will need to swap to the large size. Please do not throw away the two devices that you currently don't need, as you may require them in the future - due to hormonal and other reasons you may need a different size.
Q: How do I clean and store Contiform?
A: Contiform must be removed at least once every 24 hours for cleaning. It should be washed with warm water and non-perfumed soap after each use. Do not boil or place Contiform in the miocrowave during cleaning as this will reduce its effectiveness. After washing, dry Contiform thoroughly and put it in the Contiform storage compact until you need to use it again.
Q: How long can I use one Contiform for?

Q: When shouldn't I use Contiform?
